The fabrication and application of a novel electrochemical detector (ED) with palladium hexacyanoferrate (PdHCF) chemically modified electrode (CME) for liquid chromatography (LC) were described. The electrochemical behaviors of isatin, monoamine neurotransmitters and their metabolites at this CME were investigated by cyclic voltammetry.
